The following Student are asked to see Mr. Doyle or Ms Tasco in the school store at lunch to get a permission slip if you are interested in attending a tour of Gateway Facilities tomorrow. Kidus Gebru, Skyler Cormie, Joshua Miller, Malaki Clarke, Sam Benoit, Dylan Brown, Kiernan Black, Kyle Mackay, Joey Thomey, Ryan Hoskin and Heike Hinz.

There will be an information session on careers in Early Childhood education on Friday June 15th from 11:30-12:30 in the student meeting room off the lobby. Space is limited so registration is required. Please see Mrs Tasco in the store for more info and to sign up.

Mascot tryouts are happening this Thursday in the lobby at lunch!! Are you interested in being Dudley for the 2018-2019 School year?! Do you think you have what it takes to represent SHS at Mascot Showdown this upcoming November?! Then come on out to tryouts on Thursday! We can’t wait to see who’ll be behind the beak next year! Any grade 9 to 11 students who are interested in trying out for the Sackville High football team this fall and have not been on the team before are asked to drop by room 110 (Mr. Vincer’s classroom) at lunch time today.

Tuesday, June 12 there will be a 'Make your own Stress Ball' activity in the Main Lobby with Lynda, your Youth Health Centre Coordinator and Karrie Rayne, from Cobequid Youth Health. Its FREE, FUN and takes 30 seconds to make. Just in time for exams. All students are welcome! See you there.

Hey Kingfishers!! Next week is our final spirit week of the year. Today is tropical Tuesday so be sure to wear lots of florals or summer colours. Wednesday is smile day so wear lots of yellow. Thursday is Spirit Day so wear all your spirit wear and come to the lobby for Mascot Tryouts! Finally Friday is walking yearbook day so wear a plain shirt and bring your own sharpie so you can get your friends to sign your shirt. We hope to see all you Kingfishers participating!

Grad fees are $40 and are due in the main office ASAP. Please do not forget to bring in your grad write up about your future plans. This is read as you cross the stage and you wouldn’t want us making something up.

Exemption forms are available in the main office and are due not later that 3pm Wednesday, June 13.
