Girls Hockey
There will be a practice for the girls’ hockey team on Monday September 24 at 4pm at the Sackville Arena.
Football
Congratulations to the football team on their big win over JH Gillis in Antigonish on Friday night by a score of 43-14. Sackville's defence was buzzing all night long and were led by Garrett Malloy and Mason Roman who had particularly strong games. Cullen O'Leary and Bryand Sanchez chipped in with 3 scores each while Jared Whiteway converted all of the touchdowns. Up next is the Community Bowl against Millwood this Saturday at Met Field. Kickoff will be at 3 pm. Come early to get a good seat and support your Kingfishers.
Green Team
First Green Team meeting of the year will be held this Thursday, September 20th at lunch in room 311. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Girls Soccer had a great showing at the Halifax West Soccer Tournament on the weekend. They finished second in their pool of four to advance to the semi-finals losing to Riverview. League game tonight at 6 at the Bedford field against Lockview
