Green Team
On behalf of the Green team we'd like to thank the students and staff of Sackville High for donating enough money to symbolically adopt all THREE of our targeted animals. The Blue Shark, the River Otter and the Sea Turtle. You, SHS have made a difference! Thank you.
Green team presents the 12 days of Green-mas, You can see all 12 days upstairs by room 331. The sustainable holiday tips for the day are... 1. unplug your lights before bed to save energy 2. Reduce/reuse wrapping paper to minimize waste.
Boy’s Basketball
Congrats to our boys basketball team on a big win at Lockview last night 81-70. Garret Malloy led the team with 22 points, Josh Miller 13, Abe ElJakl 12 and shooters Nathan Mulligan and Matt Barry had a big night of 3 pointers. Way to go Kingfishers!
Coffee House
The last day to sign up to perform in the winter coffee house will be Monday, December 10th. Please see Ms. Taylor Moore to get a sheet to sign up your act today!
Band
There will be band on Friday after school from 3:00 until 4:00.
Wrestling
Just a reminder there is wrestling practice today and tomorrow after school from 3:00 until 4:30. Wrestling practices are scheduled every Wed, Thurs and Friday after school weekly-it is not too late to join.
Boys Volleyball
Would all boy’s volleyball team members please return their uniforms to Ms. Jeffrey by Friday please.

Aboriginal Students
Attention Aboriginal Students: A Xmas Pot Luck Lunch is planned for Dec 12. If you are interested, please sign up in room 229A, across from the library.
Grad Photos
The Grad Photo signup sheets are posted outside of Student Services. There will be two photographers per day. Please try to sign-up on your free period so as to cause the least disruption in your classes. There is a $10 sitting fee but if you are having your picture done for just the yearbook and wall composite it is free. Group photos will be done on the last day and there is a charge of $5 per person.
Artist of the Month
Decembers Artist of the Month is Natalie Locke! Natalie is a grade 12 who is talented in many different art mediums. Read more about her on the Artist of the month board, which is across from the cafeteria.
Me to WE
Sackville High Me to We Presents: The Winter Warm Up Bin! Found in the student service room will be hats, mittens, coats, and just about anything you need to survive this year’s cold winter!  Big thank you to the learning center for washing the donations.
