Boys Basketball
Congrats to the Boys Basketball team on a great weekend at the Parkview tournament. The boys won 2 games and lost won in double overtime. Players of the Games were Garrett Malloy, Nathan Mulligan and Dylan Brown. Garrett Malloy was also named to the Tournament All Star Team. The team plays this Thursday at 8:00pm against Millwood. Don't miss it!
Boys Hockey
Please excuse the boys Hockey team today at 1:30 as they play in Dartmouth at 3:30. Good Luck Kingfishers.
Math League
Ms. Mullane and Mr. Vincer would like to thank all of the Mathletes who attended Math League on Saturday morning. Sarah Hunt, Deana Symes, Claire Carruthers, Lucy Chen, Elli d'Entrement, Matt Fancy and Logan Ellis all represented Sackville High at the event that was held at St. Mary's University. Looking forward to the next Math League event on Saturday, March 2nd. Hope to see you there!
Wrestling
Congratulations to members of the Sackville high wrestling team who competed in the Kings Edgehill tournament this past weekend: gold medals were earned by Emily Beal, Ethan Mullholland, Colin Briand, Alissa Creaser and Brianna Verge. Second place finishes went to: Akwaima Akpan, Jessica Roach and Chloe Snow. It was an excellent showing for the members of the wrestling team. The team competes again on February 2 when Sackville High hosts the Sackville High School Wrestling Festival so plan to come and give the team some home support at that tournament.
Exam Exemption
Exam exemption forms are now available in the main office. They are due back no later than 3pm on Tuesday, January 22. No exceptions.

GSA
From now until exams the GSA is hosting a study centre in Room 202 at lunch. Any student who wants to review or think about any subject is welcome!
Health & Human Services
Health and Human services 12 will be filling 100 care kits to donate to Metro Turning Point and Barry House from January 14th to the 22nd. We are collecting NEW lip balm, socks, gloves, kleenex, and bus tickets. You can donate in the morning, lunch, and all day in the office. At the end of the week, the grades that donate the most get FREE pizza. Show us you care, kingfishers.
