Europe
There will be a very important Europe 2019 meeting next Wednesday in room 324 at lunch at 11:30. It is imperative that you attend this meeting. Ms. Morgan will be giving you important information leading up to the trip in April.
Job Search
Are you looking to find a part time job? Want to learn more about career planning for your future? How about gaining valuable certificates to add to your resume? Mrs. Tasco will be hosting a 3 day workshop series over March break. You must be able to commit to all three days. Lunch and other cool incentives are available. Space is limited so it will be first come, first serve. See Mrs Tasco for registration details and look for information posted around the school. Deadline to register is Tues, March 12th.
Costa Rica
Attention Costa Rica travelers! There will be a 5 minute meeting TODAY at the beginning of lunch in Ms. Trenholm's room.
Guidance
Grade 10/11 - Course selection has begun. Full step by step directions are posted on the guidance site. Go through steps 1-4 before making a guidance appointment. Guidance counsellors are available in the computer lab room 113 at lunch hour this week to help you submit your course selection.
Yearbook
There will be a yearbook meeting at lunch today.
Field Hockey
Girls Field Hockey will have tryouts/ prac Weds 3:00 and Thursday at 4;30. Every one welcome.
Badminton
Badminton will be on all this week at Noon. Come play if you only want to be part of Club Badminton or want to play in the Regionals on March 27/ 28
Band/Choir
There will be Concert Band on Friday after school.
There will be Choir on Thursday Only this week.
Hungry Bowls
If you like soup, and you like homemade pottery, come to Hungry Bowls! We'll be eating soup supplied by our Skills Nova Scotia chefs, Megan Bowness and Kadence Minhas, out of bowls made by our Career Development 10 students. The event will take place in Ms West's art room at 6:00 PM next Thursday. The soup costs $5 per bowl, and if you wanna take the bowl home with you it's an additional $15. All proceeds go to Feed Nova Scotia. We can't wait to see you there!
