SSW Indigenous
Attention Indigenous students: Please check your gnspes email for a message from Theresa Meuse, the Mi'kmaq Indigenous Student Support Worker. Theresa will be at SHS five days a week during this Covid time so stop by to say hi anytime in room 229.
The Indigenous Program wants to create awareness that September 30 is wear orange day to show support to all the Indigenous children who attended the residential school. Stay tuned for more information.
Student council
Faith: Hey Dakota, what are you doing at lunch? Dakota: I think I'm gonna go outside to participate in the council activities! Faith: yeah I hear there is a photo booth, positivity board, and music!! Dakota: Oo that sounds cool! Do I still have to wear my mask out there? Faith: Yes! We still have to wear masks when we are in groups outside!!
Parking
Friendly reminder that the parking lot is a 30km/h zone. Please slow down when entering or exiting the parking lot and keep everyone safe. If you do not stop at the crosswalk you will lose your parking permit!

Girls Soccer
Any girls interested in Soccer, that have not registered by email, please see Mrs. Caiger in room 104 for a registration form. Girls Soccer training and scrimmage Friday 5pm to 6:15pm.
