Mask
As part of yesterday’s Provincial announcement, masks will continue to be required for anyone in a school building or on a school bus until October 12. As we currently do, masks may be removed when eating and drinking, participating in physical activity, playing an instrument, and during mask breaks when appropriately distanced from others.
Election
This message is for all students: The federal election is quickly approaching and you will have the opportunity to participate in the Student Vote on Monday September 20. Please come to Room 317 anytime during the day on Monday to cast your vote for the local candidate and their party in the riding of Sackville-Preston-Chezzetcook. All you need is any piece of ID with your name on it. Take part in this very important democratic process. Party platforms will be presented briefly on Friday morning announcements. Let's vote Kingfishers!
Football
There will be a short, mandatory football skills session for the team on Thursday from 12-12:30. All members of the team are expected to attend.
Girls Hockey
There will be a meeting for all girls wishing to play hockey on Tuesday, Sept 21st at lunch in the gym. You must attend if you wish to play.
Yearbook
Anyone interested in creating the yearbook? There will be a meeting today at lunch for anyone interested in yearbook committee. Any grade or teacher can see what the yearbook committee does today at lunch.
