Skilled Trades
Congratulations to our amazing Kingfishers who competed at Skills Nova Scotia this year! All students represented themselves and Sackville High very well; we are so proud of them! These competitions are VERY intense, with students putting in many hours to prepare presentations and demonstrations to showcase their skills in various trades and technologies.
Our gold medal winners will be moving on to compete at the national level in May. They are 100% awesome, so be sure to dab them up when you see them wearing their medals today!
And the winners are: Jordan Bradley, grade 10 - Public Speaking - Bronze medal Ty Fougere, grade 10 - Job Skills Demonstration (Carpentry) - Silver medal Colby Leblanc, grade 10 - Job Skills Demonstration (Automotive) - Gold medal Ronan Doherty, grade 9 - Workplace Safety - Gold medal Medal winners, we're SO proud of you! Please make your way to the office to receive your medal.
Athletics
The following students must bring in their hockey jersey: Aiden Bradley, Carter Blanchard, Cooper Sinnott, Jaden Hardie and Ray Kemp
Field Hockey practice is cancelled today.
Congratulations to the girls rugby team with the big win against Eastern Shore. Good luck today against Mosique at 4:45pm in Burnside.

Spring Sport Signup sheets are outside the gym - Get involved Track & Field, softball and the weight lifting club are starting up next week.

Walking Yearbook
Nice to see so many of you wanting to participate in walking yearbook. Please keep in mind signatures should happen on your time - not class time. You are not to wonder the halls and interrupt classes for signatures. Thank-you
Communitee Prom
Attention Grads prom contracts are available in the office. One for Sackville Grads and a different one for your guest. They are due back by May 1st.

Student Council
Attention Kingfishers! Monday April 11th to Thursday April 14th is SHS's Spring Spirit week!, Wednesday is formal day and Thursday is walking yearbook day. Each day includes many fun lunchtime activities. Make sure you participate in our Last spirit week of the year! Especially you seniors!
