Grade 12 Graduation Reminders
Good Evening Grade 12 Students, Parents, and Guardians,
Graduation Profile 2026 - Profiles will be closed at 3pm on Thursday, June 25.
Please fill out your Graduation Profile, this is what will be read as you walk across the stage during grad.
The link to the Google Form is posted in the Grade 12 Google classroom, or you can use the link below.
This must be completed ASAP. The form can only be submitted once, but it is able to be edited.

📅 Graduation Rehearsal – June 25 at 1:00pm. Graduates are to arrive by 12:45pm.
All graduates are required to attend this mandatory rehearsal, which will take approximately 90 minutes.
During the rehearsal:
• Important ceremony details will be reviewed
• Students will practice the graduation line-up
• Students will collect their Caps, Gowns, Sashes, and 4 graduation tickets
If additional tickets are needed, we encourage students to speak with peers who may not use all four. The school does not have extra tickets due to fire regulations.
Graduation Rehearsal and BBQ – Class of 2026
The Sackville High School Graduation Rehearsal and BBQ for the Class of 2026 will take place on June 25 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This important event provides graduating students with the opportunity to practice the graduation ceremony, review the processional and seating arrangements, and become familiar with the schedule and expectations for the big day. Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory to help ensure a smooth, organized, and successful graduation ceremony for all graduates.
Following the rehearsal, students will enjoy a celebratory BBQ with their classmates, teachers, and staff. This special gathering will be an opportunity to relax, connect with friends, reflect on memories from their time at Sackville High, and celebrate their accomplishments together. In addition to great food, there will be plenty of treats available at the BBQ, along with fun activities designed to make the afternoon enjoyable and memorable for all graduates.
As we prepare to celebrate this remarkable milestone, we look forward to seeing all members of the Class of 2026 for an afternoon filled with preparation, laughter, friendship, and celebration. It promises to be a wonderful opportunity to come together as a graduating class before crossing the stage on graduation day.
IMPORTANT:
Before the rehearsal, students must return all textbooks, uniforms, and Chromebooks (including chargers).
Outstanding item costs are:
• Textbooks: $55
• Chromebooks: $504
• Chargers: $98
To check for outstanding items, students may speak with Ms. Stiles in the library. Please do not wait until the last minute to resolve any outstanding obligations. In order for students to receive their cap, gowns and sashes at rehearsal they must return their items.
🎓 Graduation Fees
Graduation fees are $35 and are now past due if you have not paid. Grad Fees help cover the cost of: Grad packs, Diploma Covers, Cap/Gown sets, Grad Breakfast, and the Grad Ceremony, to name a few.
You can pay by using this online link (transaction fee applies) or by cash to the main office ($35). Grad fees are mandatory for Graduation.

Students must pay their graduation fees to receive their cap and gown.
The payment link is also available on the SHS website and the grade 12 google classroom.
🎓 Graduation Day – Monday, June 29, @ 9:30am.
Graduates are asked to arrive at Sackville High School by 9:00 a.m. on graduation day, Monday, June 29th, to allow time for organization and preparation prior to the ceremony. Doors for parents, guardians, and guests will also open at 9:00 a.m., and the graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.
