Registration is now open for the HRCE 2026 Summer School, running from Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Bedford Forsyth Education Centre (Bedford Place Mall).
Here are the key details you need to know:
Course Options & Eligibility
- Credit Recovery ($200): For students who finished the course this year with a final mark between 40% and 49%. Successful completion results in a 50% passing mark.
- Full Course ($325): A 20-day program for students who took the course this year and want to replace their existing grade.
- Note: Priority is given to students who have not yet earned the course credit. Course offerings are subject to enrollment; families will be notified by July 3 if a course is cancelled.
Format & Schedule
- Math Courses: All Math courses (Full Course and Credit Recovery) are in-person only.
- English Credit Recovery: Offered online only (English 10, 11, and 12 Academic).
- Math Credit Recovery Timelines: Teachers will contact students on July 6 to confirm their schedule. Session 1 (Math 10 Academic) runs July 7–17. Session 2 (all other Math courses) runs July 20–31. Daily hours are 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

- In Person (Cash/Debit): Tuesday, June 30, from 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the HRCE office (33 Spectacle Lake Drive, Dartmouth).
- Documentation: Please review your report card to ensure accurate course selection. You can upload it via the Google registration form or bring it to the in-person registration day on June 30.
