Big Crunch
This Wednesday is the Big Crunch! It will take place during A block before the break. Apples will be distributed to classes this week in preparation for the event. You will hear an announcement and countdown to the Big Crunch when we will all be biting into our apples at the same time!

Did you know that raw vegetables and nuts require a lot of energy to digest? That's one of the many reasons either of them makes a great afternoon snack to help keep your energy levels up! Avoid reaching for caffeine or processed sugars and give either of those snacks a try instead.
