Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Please leave a voice message including:

  • Your name
  • Student name (please spell the last name)
  • Date of absence(s)
  • Reason for absence(s)

If your student will be leaving school early, or arriving late, please indicate departure or arrival time in your message.

You can also email your student's absence information to: savery@hrce.ca. 
 
Calls should be received by the school by 2:30 pm each day to ensure the absence is recorded for that day's attendance. Attendance will be adjusted the next day for all calls received after 2:30 pm. 

Notes from parents/guardians are NOT accepted to excuse student absences.
